What Is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic approach to health and nutrition, concentrating on the underlying cause rather than simply treating the symptoms. It is a strategy for health, encompassing the belief that “our food is our medicine and our medicine is our food”.

Through a detailed analysis of dietary and nutritional intake, along with a detailed health and family case history, nutritional therapy can link symptoms being experienced to nutritional imbalances. Following a consultation, a personalised programme for dietary and lifestyle changes can then be advised to address these imbalances.
